Dr. Rodríguez

Hello Seymour! My name is Pedro Figueroa-Rodríguez, and I am delighted to be a member of this wonderful community. I was born and raised in Yauco, a quiet municipality in the southwest of Puerto Rico. I was exposed to animals and their care at a young age and I have loved them ever since.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico at Ponce and I obtained my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine with my final year of veterinary school being at Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine, where I successfully completed rotations in both small and large animals.

My interests within veterinary medicine include preventive care, endocrinology, oncology, cardiology, and internal medicine of small animals.

I am thankful for the warm welcome I have received from everyone and I hope to serve your pets and the entire community to the best of my capacities.
