Our clinics can provide quality surgical services for your pet. Basic spaying and neutering are done Monday through Friday. Mass removals, laceration repair, c-sections, and abdominal exploratories are just some of the other surgeries that are done on a weekly basis. Our staff will explain the procedure the doctor will perform, and offer the client options available for surgery.
We recommend Pre-Op blood work to check your pet’s liver and kidney, glucose, and red and white blood cell count. We recommend an IV catheter to give direct access to the vein during surgery if needed, and to deliver fluids during surgery. Pain medications will be recommended to help control both pain and inflammation during and post surgery. E-collars are recommended if the owner thinks their pet will lick or chew at their stitches.
Other services such as Heartworm Testing, FeLV/FIV Testing, flea and heartworm prevention, and vaccinations will be offered at the time of surgery for owners who also want routine care.
Surgeries can be scheduled by calling the clinic, setting the appointment, then dropping the pet off the evening before, or morning of the appointment.
All surgeries may stay the night of their surgery at no charge if the you so desire.
